Dr. Claudia Rose Addeo, Ph.D.
Claudia is an award-winning freelance writer, certified elementary school teacher, Ph.D. recipient and educational speaker!
After earning her Bachelor's degree in Childhood Education, Claudia continued on to earn her Master's degree in Literacy Education. Claudia chose to share her personal journey as a neurodiverse learner through her writing, her advocacy for children in the neurodiverse community and speaks about the importance of receiving early intervention services through early childhood education.
Claudia just earned her Ph.D.in Literacy with a cognate in Special Education at St. John's University. Aside from being immersed in her doctoral research, Dr. Addeo has worked as a learning specialist with students and teachers in grades K-8 for one of the top-ranked private elementary schools on Long Island.
Currently, Dr. Addeo continues her work as a research writer, educational speaker, and will soon be starting a job in academia at her alma mater,
St. John's Univeristy.
